Ingredients
  • 2 garlic naan flat breads
  • 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes, divided
  • 10 slices mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil (or 1/4 cup dried), divided
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the naan flat breads on a baking sheet and brush each one with a tablespoon of olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 3 minutes. Top each flat bread with half of the mozzarella cheese, then the sliced cherry tomatoes, basil, and finally drizzle each with the remaining olive oil. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
