Ingredients
  • 8 bone-in chicken legs
  • 10 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine the soften butter, sliced garlic, and paprika well. Rub the mixture all over the chicken legs, stuffing some under the skin. Season all over with the salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken legs in a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, basting after 20 minutes, then once or twice again, until the chicken reaches at least 165 degrees and the skin is golden. Serve with the garlic butter sauce.
