Ingredients
6 tomatillos,roughly chopped
1avocado,skin removed and seeded
1large jalapeno,large sliced (remove seeds and membrane if desired)
1small yellow or white onion,roughly chopped
2garlic cloves,chopped
½cupchopped cilantro
2tablespoonslime juice
½teaspoonfine sea salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients in small batches into the opening of a food processor, processing in 10 second increments, until all ingredients are added and the salsa is smooth.
Pour the salsa into a bowl, cover and refridgerate for at least two hours before serving.
