This Homemade Crab Rangoon Pizza is made with fresh crab, cream cheese, scallions, and a drizzle of your favorite hot sauce. With store bought pizza dough, it's easy to make yourself!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 cups fresh flaked crab meat (a little less is fine)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 ounces hot sauce, optional
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian cheese blend
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. 

  2. Soften cream cheese in the microwave until easily spreadable. 
  3. Slice scallions thin, discarding the bottom two inches and very top. 
  4.  After you rise the dough, spread it out on a 13 inch round pizza pan. 
  5. Top the dough with the cream cheese, spreading it out as evenly as possible. 
  6. Top with the flaked crab and scallions, followed by 1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend, and finally a drizzle of your favorite hot sauce.

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
