Ingredients
6hard-boiled eggs,peeled and chopped
3slicesreduced sodium baconcooked crisp, drained, and crumbled
1scallion,sliced thin (white and green parts)
½of an avocadoseeded, peeled, and chopped
¼cupfinely chopped celery
3tablespoonsplain yogurt
1 ¼tablespoonsmayonnaise
3teaspoonssriracha sauce
1teaspoonlemon juice
Instructions
Combine chopped eggs, crumbled bacon, scallion, avocado, and celery in a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice, then stir in the yogurt, mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce.
