Ingredients
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled fine
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 scallions (green onions) sliced thin, white and green parts
  • 1 1 ounce packet ranch dressing and seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the sour cream until well combined. Add the ranch seasoning and sriracha; mix well.
  2. Fold in the bacon, shredded cheddar, and sliced scallions until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Recipe Notes

Make a hot dip instead by place all of the ingredients in a slow cooker set on high, after cooking and crumbling the bacon. Stir occasionally for about 1 hour or until well combined and hot. Turn heat to keep warm.
