Hi! Welcome to Rants From My Crazy Kitchen! Here you will find all kinds of recipes, tips, rants on days when I have something besides food to talk about and some reviews of recipes from cookbooks and restaurants plus occasional product reviews.

My name is Bernadette, and I am a wife and stay-at-home mom to a beautiful little girl with an attitude and a thieving beagle. This blog is all about my crazy kitchen and life. Most of the recipes you will find here are those that I have made for dinner, although I can't consider myself or these recipes "kid-friendly" since my daughter doesn't eat much of anything. Rather, they are an assortment of various recipes that I love, and want to share with the world.

I'm not a professionally trained chef, but did work in the food service industry for 17 years before the birth of our daughter. I love bacon, pasta, and soup! I don't love cabbage. My daughter chews her hair. I am completely random. Enjoy!!
